Prachai resigns from Pracharaj party

Prachai Leophairatana resigned from Pracharaj political party on Friday, saying his policy does not match with that of Sanoh Thienthong.

His resignation as chief executive of Pracharaj party is effective immediately.

Mr Prachai denied that his resignation was stemmed from the fact that party members support him to replace Mr Sanoh as party leader.

He said he would like to spend the next few days deciding on his next moves.

Deputy party leader Karun Sai-ngarm said he would resign with Mr Prachai, adding that they might move to Matchima Thipatai party.
